| 周围型胆管细胞癌是原发性肝癌的一种病理类型，近年来发病率逐渐上升。本病起病隐匿，临床症状不典型，早期诊断较困难，且恶性程度高，术前早期确诊并制定手术方案是获得长期生存的关键。CEUS及实时剪切波成像弹性诊断肝脏占位性病变有较高应用价值。本文对CEUS和实时剪切波弹性成像在周围型胆管细胞癌方面的应用现状进行综述。 |

| Intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma is a pathologic type of primary carcinoma of the liver, and the incidence is increasing recently. Occult onset and lacking typical clinical symptoms makes it difficult for early diagnosis of intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma, which has high malignancy characteristics. Early diagnosis and preoperative planning are the key points for patients' long-term survival. CEUS and shear wave elastography has high application value in diagnosing liver lesions. The application status of CEUS and shear wave elastography in diagnosis of intrahepatic peripheral cholangiocarcinoma were reviewed in this article. |
