常规胸部CT诊断肺结节主要依靠其形态学特征。能谱CT单能量图像、能谱曲线、有效原子序数及基物质图像等成像模式及多重定量参数有助于定性诊断肺结节、对肺癌进行分期以及精准治疗和评估预后。本文就能谱CT在肺结节诊治中的应用进展进行综述。 |

For diagnosis of pulmonary nodules, conventional chest CT relies mainly on morphological features of the nodules. Multiple quantitative parameters and imaging modes of dual-energy CT, such as virtual mono-energetic reconstruction, spectral HU curve, effective atomic number and material decomposition image play an irreplaceable role in diagnosis of pulmonary nodules. The application of dual-energy CT in diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules were reviewed in this article. |
