| 介入治疗是介入放射学的重要组成部分,已广泛应用于治疗妇产科恶性肿瘤的动脉血管造影诊断及动脉化疗、栓塞,对子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌病等妇科良性病变能起到相对治愈的作用,对特殊部位妊娠出血、产后出血及子宫动静脉瘘等疾病的栓塞治疗具有传统手术不具备的优势,效果显著。介入治疗具有微创性、疗效显著、不良反应少、恢复快、更易被患者接受等优点,在妇产科领域有着广泛的应用和发展前景。 |

| Interventional therapy is an important component of interventional radiology, being widely used in the treatment of diseases of obstetrics and gynecology, including angiographic diagnosis, arterial chemotherapy and (or) embolization. Some benign gynecological diseases, such as uterine fibroids and adenomyosis, can be relatively cured by intervention therapy. Embolotherapy used in curing these diseases, e.g. pregnancy bleeding in special parts, postpartum hemorrhage and uterine arteriovenous fistula, has advantages that traditional surgery doesn’t have. Interventional therapy has the advantages of minimal invasion, significant efficacy, mild side effects, quick recovery and easier to accept. Interventional therapy has a wide range of application and development prospect in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Application of interventional therapy in obstetrics and gynecology were reviewed in this article. |
