      二维应变超声心动图是新近发展起来的超声心动图技术,基于二维斑点追踪原理,不受声束角度限制,能对心肌纵向、径向、周向及心室扭转运动进行定量检测,为评价心肌功能及深入了解心脏机械运动的机制提供了新手段,有着广泛的临床应用前景。本文对二维应变超声心动图的基本原理、检查方法及近年来应用在动物实验和临床研究现状做一综述。
英文摘要:
      Two dimensional strain echocardiography (2DSE), deriving from speckle tracking, is a newly developed echocardiographic technology. With the advantage of being angle-independent, this technology is able to examine different components of cardiac function, such as left ventricular long-axis function, short-axis function and torsion (or twisting), providing a new path to explore myocardial mechanics and potential application in various clinical settings. This paper reviews the principle, image acquisition, and the advances on experimental and clinical research of 2DSE.
