Interventional therapy promises a novel treatment for muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC), but the long-term effect is limited, and combination therapy is necessary for MIBC. Cryoablation kills tumors by freezing tissue with ultra-low temperature, but its safety and efficacy for MIBC remains unclear. The research progresses in cryoablation for bladder cancer animal models and human MIBC were reviewed in this article. |
