| 介入方法有望成为治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌（MIBC）的新途径，但长期疗效欠佳，采用联合治疗十分必要。冷冻消融通过超低温冷冻病变组织而杀灭肿瘤，但其用于MIBC的安全性和疗效尚不明确。本文针对冷冻消融用于膀胱癌动物模型及人MIBC研究进展进行综述。 |

| Interventional therapy promises a novel treatment for muscle invasive bladder cancer （MIBC）， but the long-term effect is limited， and combination therapy is necessary for MIBC. Cryoablation kills tumors by freezing tissue with ultra-low temperature， but its safety and efficacy for MIBC remains unclear. The research progresses in cryoablation for bladder cancer animal models and human MIBC were reviewed in this article. |
