| Intraplaque neovascularization in carotid atherosclerotic plaques is a key factor contributing to plaque instability, and accurate assessment facilitates the prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. The application progresses of multimodal ultrasound for evaluation on intraplaque neovascularization in carotid atherosclerotic plaques were reviewed in this article. |
