      肝脏是肿瘤常见转移部位。影像学有助于诊断肝转移癌(LM)、评估预后及治疗反应,但存在信息局限及主观偏倚等问题。影像组学可高通量提取肿瘤多维度特征、更好地诊断及评估LM;结合临床数据能进一步提高效能,为个性化诊疗奠定基础。本文就影像组学用于诊断及评估LM研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Liver is a common site of tumor metastasis. Imaging plays an important role in diagnosing liver metastasis (LM), predicting prognosis and treatment responses, but has limitations such as information constraints and subjective bias. Radiomics can extract multidimensional tumor features at high throughput, improving diagnosis and evaluation efficacy of LM. Combining clinical data can further enhance efficacy of radiomics and establish foundation of personalized diagnosis and treatment. The research progresses of radiomics for diagnosing and evaluating LM were reviewed in this article.
