| 目的 联合应用三维能量多普勒超声（3D-PDUS）、窦卵泡计数（AFC）及血清抗米勒管激素（AMH）观察超声引导下硬化治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿（OEC）后早期卵巢功能变化。方法 回顾性分析87例接受超声引导下硬化治疗的OEC患者，包括单侧囊肿64例、双侧23例；比较治疗前末次月经期第2～4天内与治疗后首次月经第2～4天内卵巢3D-PDUS参数、AFC及血清AMH，以及单侧囊肿患者健侧卵巢3D-PDUS参数及AFC。结果 治疗后AFC、血管化指数（VI）及血管化-血流指数（VFI）均高于，而卵巢体积（OV）低于治疗前（P均＜0.05）；治疗前、后AMH及血流指数（FI）差异均无统计学意义（P均＞0.05）。64例单侧病变治疗后健侧卵巢超声参数与治疗前未见显著改变（P均＞0.05）。结论 超声引导下硬化治疗OEC后早期，卵巢AFC、VI及VFI改善显著，且血清AMH水平保持稳定。 |

| Objective To explore early changes of ovarian function after ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy of ovarian endometriomas cyst （OEC） based on three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasonography （3D-PDUS）， antral follicle count （AFC） and serum anti-Müllerian hormone （AMH）. Methods Totally 87 OEC patients who underwent ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy were retrospectively enrolled， including 64 cases with unilateral lesion and 23 cases with bilateral lesions. 3D-PDUS parameters of ovarian， AFC and serum AMH， as well as 3D-PDUS parameters and AFC of the contralateral ovary in unilateral cyst patients were compared between the 2nd to 4th days of the last menstrual period before treatment and the 2nd to 4th days of the first menstrual period after treatment. Results AFC， vascularization index （VI） and vascularization-flow index （VFI） after treatment were higher， ovarian volume （OV） was lower than that before treatment （all P＜0.05）， while no significant difference of AMH nor flow index （FI） was found before and after treatment （all P＞0.05）. In 64 patients with unilateral cysts， no significant change of 3D-PDUS parameters nor AFC of the contralateral ovary was observed after treatment compared with those before treatment （all P＞0.05）. Conclusion In the early stage after ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy， ovarian AFC， VI and VFI in OEC patients were significantly improved， while serum AMH levels remained stable. |
