      目的 观察人工智能(AI)定位系统用于全脊柱数字X线摄影(DR)的价值。方法 回顾性纳入104例接受全脊柱DR检查的脊柱疾病患者,根据是否采用AI定位系统划分AI组(n=52)与传统组(n=52);比较组间图像质量、辐射剂量、扫描定位时间及扫描范围,分析AI定位系统的价值。结果 AI组图像质量甲级35例、乙级17例,传统组分别为28、24例,均无丙级;组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AI组剂量面积乘积、扫描定位时间、标准扫描上界与实际上界距离、标准扫描下界与实际下界距离均小于传统组(P均<0.05)。结论 AI定位系统可在保证图像质量的同时显著缩短全脊柱DR检查时间,提高定位精准度,降低辐射剂量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the value of artificial intelligence (AI) positioning system applicated in whole spine digital radiography (DR). Methods Totally 104 patients with spinal diseases who underwent whole spine DR examination were retrospectively enrolled and divided into AI group (n=52) and traditional group (n=52). The imaging quality, radiation dose, positioning time and scanning range were compared between groups, and the value of AI positioning system was analyzed. Results Imaging quality A and B were found in 35 and 17 cases in AI group, in 28 and 24 cases in traditional group, respectively, and no imaging quality C was found in both groups. There was no significant difference of imaging quality between groups (P>0.05). The dose area product, positioning time, distance between standard scanning upper bound and actual upper bound, and distance between standard scanning lower bound and actual lower bound in AI group were all smaller than those in traditional group (all P<0.05). Conclusion AI positioning system could significantly shorten scanning time, improve positioning accuracy and reduce radiation dose while ensuring imaging quality of whole spine DR.
