| TACE是治疗肝细胞癌的重要手段。以抗血管生成靶向药物和免疫检查点抑制剂为代表的系统治疗已取得重要进展，可与TACE协同治疗HCC。本文就TACE联合系统治疗用于HCC的协同作用机制及研究进展进行综述。 |

| TACE has been used as an important method for treating hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）. In recent years， systemic therapy， represented by anti-angiogenic targeted drugs and immune checkpoint inhibitor， achieved remarkable advances， which can exert synergistic effects with TACE for treating HCC. The synergistic mechanism and research progresses of TACE combined with systemic therapy for HCC were reviewed in this article. |
