| 肝细胞癌(HCC)复发和转移风险高,尤以伴血管侵袭者预后较差。肿瘤包绕型血管(VETC)为肿瘤血管的特异性结构模式,与HCC高度侵袭性和早期血行转移密切相关。影像学、尤其影像组学和人工智能的发展为术前无创识别VETC及个体化治疗HCC提供了新的方向。本文就影像学诊断HCC VETC研究进展进行综述。 |

| Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has high risk of recurrence and metastasis, particularly in cases with vascular invasion leading to poor prognosis. Vessels encapsulate tumor cluster (VETC) represent as a specific vascular pattern in tumors and closely associated with high invasiveness and early hematogenous metastasis of HCC. The development of imaging technology, especially radiomics and artificial intelligence, new directions have emerged for non-invasive preoperative identification of VETC and personalized treatment of HCC. The research progresses in imaging diagnosis of HCC VETC were reviewed in this article. |
