      卒中后吞咽障碍(PSD)是卒中常见并发症之一;其发生机制复杂,涉及吞咽相关肌群结构、功能改变及中枢神经系统调控异常等因素。肌少症是影响卒中后吞咽功能的重要协同因素,据此提出了“肌少症性吞咽障碍(SD)”这一概念。利用影像学可评估肌肉结构及功能,为深入探讨卒中后SD提供关键信息。本文就影像学评估卒中后SD研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Post-stroke dysphagia (PSD) is one of the common complications of stroke, with complex pathogenesis involving structural and functional changes of swallowing-related muscles, as well as abnormalities in central nervous system regulation. Sarcopenia is a significant contributing factor affecting post-stroke swallowing function, based on which the concept of "sarcopenia dysphagia (SD)" was proposed. Imaging can be used to assess muscle structure and function, providing crucial information for in-depth exploration of post-stroke SD. The research progresses in imaging evaluation on post-stroke SD were reviewed in this article.
