| Spread through air space (STAS) is an important invasive pattern of lung adenocarcinoma,which is associated with postoperative recurrence and poor prognosis. In recent years, rapid advancements in CT and models based on CT combining with artificial intelligence(AI) have provided new approaches for non-invasive diagnosis of STAS of lung adenocarcinoma. The research progresses of CT and CT combined with AI for diagnosing STAS of lung adenocarcinoma were reviewed in this article. |
