| 目的 观察泡沫硬化剂联合组织胶栓塞治疗精索静脉曲张（VC）的短期疗效及其安全性。方法 回顾性分析接受泡沫硬化剂联合组织胶栓塞治疗的27例VC患者，记录技术成功率、治疗时间、透视时间、泡沫硬化剂和混合栓塞剂用量及并发症，并比较治疗前与治疗后6个月超声所测精索静脉内径、视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分及精液质量，以评估疗效及安全性。结果 对27例均成功完成治疗，技术成功率100%；治疗时间26～48 min、平均（38.48±8.13）min，透视时间4～10 min、平均（5.19±1.61）min，泡沫硬化剂用量1.20～2.80 ml、平均（1.95±0.42）ml，混合栓塞剂用量0.90～1.90 ml、平均（1.31±0.26）ml。治疗后48 h内5例（5/27，18.52%）出现一过性轻度阴囊胀痛，予对症处理后均好转；治疗中及治疗后6个月均未见其他并发症及死亡病例。相比治疗前，治疗后6个月精索静脉内径、VAS评分、精液量、精子密度、前向运动精子百分率及精子正常形态率均显著改善（P均＜0.05）。结论 泡沫硬化剂联合组织胶栓塞治疗VC短期疗效佳、安全性高。 |

| Objective To observe the short-term efficacy and safety of foam sclerosing agent combined with tissue glue embolization for treating varicocele （VC）. Methods Totally 27 VC patients who received foam sclerosing agent combined with tissue glue embolization were retrospectively enrolled. The technical success rate， treatment time， fluoroscopy time， foam sclerosing agent and mixed embolic agent dosage， as well as complications were recorded. The internal diameter of spermatic vein was measured with ultrasound， visual analogue scale （VAS） score and semen quality were compared before and 6 months after treatment， and the efficacy and safety of foam sclerosing agent combined with tissue glue embolization for treating VC were analyzed. Results All 27 cases were successfully treated， with the technical success rate of 100%. The treatment time was 26—48 min， with the average of （38.48±8.13） min， while the fluoroscopy time was 4—10 min， with the average of （5.19±1.61） min. The dosage of foam sclerosing agent was 1.20—2.80 ml， with the average of （1.95±0.42） ml，while the dosage of the mixed embolic agent was 0.90—1.90 ml， with the average of （1.31±0.26） ml. Within 48 h after treatment， 5 cases （5/27， 18.52%） experienced transient mild scrotal swelling and pain， which improved after symptomatic treatment. During and 6 months after treatment， no other complication nor death occurred. Compared with those before treatment， internal diameter of spermatic vein， VAS score， semen volume， sperm density， percentage of forward moving sperm and normal sperm morphology rate 6 months after treatment were all obviously improved （all P＜0.05）. Conclusion Foam sclerosing agent combined with tissue glue embolization had good short-term efficacy and high safety for treating VC. |
