| 目的 观察血管腔内治疗肾动静脉瘘（RAVF）的安全性与有效性。方法 回顾性纳入17例经数字减影血管造影（DSA）确诊并接受血管腔内治疗的RAVF患者，包括4例原发性、2例特发性及11例获得性RAVF，治疗中分别接受超选择性微弹簧圈（13例）、Interlock可解脱弹簧圈（2例）及Onyx胶（2例）栓塞。治疗后随访6～18个月，观察疗效、并发症及有无复发。结果 对17例均成功实施超选择性肾动脉栓塞，技术成功率100%（17/17）。9例血尿患者中，治疗后8例好转，1例当日缓解、次日再次加重并出现失血性休克而接受急诊患肾切除术。17例未见明显肾功能损害，随访期间无血尿复发及其他并发症。结论 血管腔内治疗RAVF安全、有效且并发症少。 |

| Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of endovascular treatment of renal arteriovenous fistula （RAVF）. Methods A total of 17 patients with RAVF diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography （DSA）， including 4 cases of primary， 2 cases of idiopathic and 11 cases of acquired RAVF who underwent endovascular treatment were retrospectively collected. Superselective embolization of the involved renal artery using Diamond-18 microcoils （13 cases）， Interlock detachable coils （2 cases） or Onyx liquid embolic agent （2 cases） were performed. After treatment， follow-up was conducted for 6 to 18 months. The efficacy and complications， as well as the recurrence or not were observed. Results Superselective renal artery embolization was successfully performed in all 17 patients， with technical success rate of 100% （17/17）. Among 9 patients with hematuria， after intervention， hematuria disappeared or relieved in 8 cases， while in 1 case， hematuria resolved after intervention but recurred on the following day accompanied by hemorrhagic shock， who then underwent emergency ipsilateral nephrectomy. During follow‑up period， no recurrence of hematuria nor other complication happened. Conclusion Endovascular treatment of RAVF was effective and safe， with only few complications. |
